As always, Liberalism is at fault.

Posted by Carlos C. on Friday, December 12th, 2008 at 5:28 pm

The United States government is not bailing out General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler, also known as the “Big 3″. The United States government is bailing out the United Auto Workers union by way of giving money to the Big 3. By doing this, the Big 3 can meet the payments due to their retired union workers, as well as guarantee future retirement payments, health care payments, and other compensation benefits. President Bush and the Democrats and Liberals in Congress are all in collusion to commit $15,000,000,000.00 billion theft of my money, of your money, and the American taxpayer’s money. (And don’t forget the $700,000,000,000.00 billion grand larceny that was payed to American banks.)

The management in the United Auto Workers union should be changed, and the United Auto Workers union contracts need to be re-written, especially when it comes to health care and other benefits. Democrats, liberals, and the United Auto Workers union treat the Big 3 as health care providers who make cars on the side. It is like mini-Socialism, and that is why the Big 3 are in such debt.

The Big 3 are at fault as well. They should change management at their top ranks and hire Chief Executive Officers that can actually turn a profit. Also, the Big 3 should tell the United Auto Workers union to go to hell, fire all of their union workers, and hire non-union workers. The reason why Wal-Mart is such a success is because they do not allow unions. Unions stifle the growth of businesses and deplete the bottom line, which is to make money.

Also, when it comes to “government manufacturing standards”, the Big 3 should tell the government to go to hell as well. The Big 3 cannot create the cars that they want because they have to meet government quality standards such as miles-per-gallon. More powerful engines are banned by de-facto because cars will not be able to meet miles-per-gallon requirements and other idiotic government standards. The American consumer should have the choice of driving a gas-guzzling Sport Utility Vehicle that gets 5 miles-per-gallon, or a compact car that gets 40 miles-per-gallon.

Liberalism has burrowed its way through Capitalism and that is why we are in a recession. Socialism for the rich is in full effect. Rich banks will keep their bailout money by not lending to the middle class. Car manufacturers will continue to make the same management mistakes and continue to expect, and receive, government bailouts because they are “too big too fail”. Perhaps if the United States government wanted to exercise true Socialism “for the people”, they should give all adult American citizens $3,000,000.00 million dollars. As a consumer nation, the American automotive market and housing market would become profitable almost overnight! But, that will never happen, even when liberal politicians promise that exact same consumer utopia.

As always, Liberalism is at fault. Liberalism, like Socialism, are broken promises.

And unfortunately, true Capitalism is dead. I wonder if it will ever be resurrected.

Obama campaign workers angry over unpaid wages.

Posted by Carlos C. on Thursday, November 6th, 2008 at 10:41 am

Hope Socialism, baby!

Be careful for whom you vote for…

WTHR.com

Indianapolis - Lines were long and tempers flared Wednesday not to vote but to get paid for canvassing for Barack Obama. Several hundred people are still waiting to get their pay for last-minute campaigning. Police were called to the Obama campaign office on North Meridian Street downtown to control the crowd.

The line was long and the crowd was angry at times.

“I want my money today! It’s my money. I want it right now!” yelled one former campaign worker.

Oh, the irony.

A former spokesman for the Obama campaign said 375 people were hired as part of the Vote Corps program and said people signed up to work three-hour shifts at a time. Three hours of canvassing got workers a $30 pre-paid Visa card.

The workers showed up to get their cards Wednesday morning at 10:00 am.

“There was a note on the door saying 1:00 pm and then at 1:20 pm everybody was like why is nobody here. They just got here and they’re trying to get it organized,” said Heather Richards, a former campaign worker.

The large gathering of around 375 people prompted police to call in extra officers and set up temporary barricades. The barricades helped keep the crowd from spilling out onto Meridian Street. Police say the several hundred people in line were for the most part orderly.

“No arrests. Some of the people were upset at first because the line wasn’t moving as fast as they thought it should. But we really haven’t had any problems,” said Major Darryl Pierce, Metro Police.

The story gets better in 3, 2, 1…

Eventually people did start getting paid, but some said they were missing hours and told to fill in paperwork making their claim and that eventually they would get a check in the mail.

Uh, oh.

“Still that’s not right. I’m disappointed. I’m glad for the president, but I’m disappointed in this system,” said Diane Jefferson, temporary campaign worker.

The President is the system.

“It should have been $480. It’s $230,” said Imani Sankofa.

“They gave us $10 an hour. So we added it. I added up all the hours so it was supposed to be at least $120. All I get is $90,” said Charles Martin.

Barack Obama kept the change money.

“I worked nine hours a day for 4 days and got paid half of what I should have earned,” said Randall Waldon.

From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

Some people weren’t satisfied with filling out a claim form for money they felt was still due to them.

“They say that they gonna call you or they going to mail it to you, but I don’t know. We’ll see what happens,” said Antron Grose.

Fool.

“Talking about they’ll mail it to us. I ain’t worried about that, man. They’re not going to mail nothin’,” said Martin.

True.

UPDATE 1: “I want my money right now!”

Barack Obama wants to legislate wealth redistribution.

Posted by Carlos C. on Monday, October 27th, 2008 at 2:02 am

Barack Obama on Chicago Public Radio WBEZ-FM, 2001:

One of the, I think, tragedies of the civil rights movement was, um, because the civil rights movement became so court focused I think there was a tendancy to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalition of powers through which you bring about redistributive change…

If Barack Obama becomes President, and liberal Democrats have full control of the House and Senate, wealth redistribution - Socialism - will become a reality in America.

Hard work, self-determination, entrepreneurship, free markets, and capitalism will become obsolete.

Breaking News…

Developing…

UPDATE 1:
boston.com

“The American people continue to learn more about Barack Obama. Now we know that the slogans ‘change you can believe in’ and ‘change we need’ are code words for Barack Obama’s ultimate goal: ‘redistributive change.’ In a previously uncovered interview from September 6, 2001, Barack Obama expressed his regret that the Supreme Court hadn’t been more ‘radical’ and described as a ‘tragedy’ the Court’s refusal to take up ‘the issues of redistribution of wealth.’ No wonder he wants to appoint judges that legislate from the bench – as insurance in case a unified Democratic government under his control fails to meet his basic goal: taking money away from people who work for it and giving it to people who Barack Obama believes deserve it. Europeans call it socialism, Americans call it welfare, and Barack Obama calls it change,” McCain senior policy adviser Douglas Holtz-Eakin said in a statement.

This is just another reason to vote for the McCain-Palin ticket.

I am glad the McCain campaign is now attacking Barack Obama on his “redistributive change”, also known as Socialism.

You will not take my money, Obama, because if you do get into office, I will not pay my taxes. Hopefully, millions of people follow my lead.

UPDATE 2: The Obama campaign has responded.

Jake Tapper reports:

“In this interview back in 2001, Obama was talking about the civil rights movement – and the kind of work that has to be done on the ground to make sure that everyone can live out the promise of equality,” Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton says. “Make no mistake, this has nothing to do with Obama’s economic plan or his plan to give the middle class a tax cut. It’s just another distraction from an increasingly desperate McCain campaign.”

Another distraction? Or another truth that Barack Obama and his campaign do not want to admit?

I was thinking about the earlier quote I posted about “Americans call Socialism, welfare.” Welfare is Socialism, folks. This is the same welfare black rappers rap about in their songs that say the inner city needs more jobs, not monthly welfare checks. Some of these same black rappers support Barack Obama. How can you support a man whose policies are the very same that destroy black communities? The same welfare is applied to other poor communities, whether they are white, Hispanic, or any other ethnic background, and these communities are destroyed as well through poverty, thanks to Socialist welfare.

Kids, use your grandparents love “against them”…

Posted by Carlos C. on Friday, October 24th, 2008 at 6:48 am

And get them to vote for Barack Obama!

Obama website cached page

The one thing most grandparents have in common is that they have the most wonderful grandchildren in the world - so clever, so handsome, so pretty, ever so precious. Even if you are still unsure of your path in life, and even if your parents and friends occasionally wonder about you, your grandma and grandpa love you and have faith in you.

That is your weapon! “Precious” needs to get on the phone and say, “Grandpa, Grandma, I am asking you to vote for Barack Obama. This is really important to me. It’s about my future. It’s about the world I will be living in. It’s about the world I want for my future children. (They will love that one!) Please! Do it for me!”

…The really great part of this strategy is that everything you could possibly say to your grandparents about how important Barack’s election is for you is one hundred percent true………

Redistributing love.

Socialist brainwashing at its worst.

Liberal Fascism Chronicles: The Thief State

Posted by Kelsey Golden on Thursday, October 16th, 2008 at 10:06 am

All of this talk of Joe the Plumber and Obama’s now admitted wealth redistribution inspired me to repost a blog I wrote long before I was a writer for Scoopthis:

"The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish this law without delay … If such a law is not abolished immediately it will spread, multiply and develop into a system." Source: "The Law" By Frederick Bastiat

A brilliant quote by a brilliant man. This quote captures the very essence of what is wrong with socialism/communism. If only Bastiat was read as much as Karl Marx, the world would be a more prosperous and better place. Instead, we in this country have an ever growing welfare state that progresses ever closer to total socialism.

Now, Socialism can lead in two directions, none of them ‘good.’ The first is Communism which is widely known so I won’t go into it. The second direction it can lead is Fascism. Now, that second direction of "Fascism" may shock some so I feel it is necessary to invoke the dictionary definition of Fascism. From Webster’s:

"1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascist) that exalts nation above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition. "

There are three points in there that I found relevant to our current political direction.

1. Exalts nation above the individual:

Translation: "Fatherland or Death" (Not "Liberty or Death," mind you.)

"We’re going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good." - Hillary Clinton

2. Severe Economic and Social Regimentation:

Translation - "With Germany, Against Capitalism". Would it surprise you to learn that this poster did not come from the Soviet Era? In fact, this poster is propaganda from the Nazi Era… they were "national socialists" after all. So much for them being "right wing!"

"I would look at raising the capital gains tax for purposes of fairness" - Barrack Obama

"The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more." - Michele Obama

"I certainly think the free-market has failed." - Hillary Clinton

"I think it’s time to send a clear message to what has become the most profitable sector in (the) entire economy that they are being watched." - Hillary Clinton

"It’s time for a new beginning, for an end to government of the few, by the few, and for the few…and to replace it with shared responsibility for shared prosperity." - Hillary Clinton

3. Forceful Suppression of Opposition:

"First, [Democrats] failed on the radio airwaves with Air America, no one wanted to listen, Conservative radio is a huge threat and political advantage for Republicans and we have had to find a way to limit it. Second, it looks like the Republicans are going to have someone in the presidential race who has access to media in ways our folks don’t want, so we want to make sure the GOP has no advantages going into 2008." - Senior Adviser to Nanci Pelosi

"We’ve got to do something about [Conservative Talk Radio]. These are nothing but far rightwing extremists. We’ve got to have a balance. There’s got to be a legislative fix to this." - Hillary Clinton

I think those quotes pretty much speak for themselves. The institution of socialism in this country is the quickest way to ensure that we lose the principles of liberty that this nation was founded upon. When our Founding Fathers created this government, they had the goal of creating a government that would interfere with the lives of them and their countrymen as little as possible. Today, we have a government that is trying to do the exact opposite and people are getting elected on promises that they will further this trend. Are we powerless to stop them? Will principle, justice and liberty prevail once more in this country? I greatly fear the alternative.

"Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom. " - Alexis de Touqueville

The Truth is Out: Obama Intends to Redistribute Wealth (words of the Messiah in Red)

Posted by Kelsey Golden on Wednesday, October 15th, 2008 at 11:44 am

Breaking News…

"I’m getting ready to buy a company that makes $250,000 to $280,000 a year," Wurzelbacher had told Obama. "Your new tax plan is going to tax me more, isn’t it?"

"It’s not that I want to punish your success," Obama replied. "I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they’ve got a chance for success, too … When you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody." SOURCE

Have you any doubts about Obama’s intentions to "punish your success" now? Here’s a tip: make all the money you can before he’s elected because over the next 4 years, he’s going to tell you that someone else is entitled to the fruits of your hard work. And more people are going to need that money too… because more companies will send jobs overseas if they continue to get raped by the government for daring to provide products and services that we need. And small business jobs which make up 80% of employment? Well, kiss many of those goodbye as well… if the small businesses can even stay in business!

I will be finishing my engineering degree in the middle of Obama’s term. I wonder what my job prospects will look like? I know one thing, I won’t be starting a small business until we boot him out of office.

Peaceful Socialism overruns Bolivia.

Posted by Carlos C. on Monday, September 15th, 2008 at 12:56 pm

If by “peaceful” you mean “violent” and a degradation of civil rights and economic rights.

30 people died this past weekend as Evo Morales, Socialist dictator of Bolivia, attempted a power grab of Bolivia’s oil profits. Capitalist opposition leaders stated that capitalist supporters defended themselves against Marxist fighters armed with weapons who were ready to start violence in defense of Morales. Capitalist opposition leaders are facing death and the destruction of their property by Morales and his Marxist forces. Venezuelan Socialist dictator, Hugo Chavez, kicked out the U.S. ambassador, Morales followed suit by kicking out all Western and independent media.
